1. Who is responsible
The seller named on the Seller details page is responsible for the data processed on this website.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (legitimate interests, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
3. No tracking cookies
We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies and we don’t load tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
4. Payment by Whop
Payments are handled by Whop, Inc. (USA). When you open the checkout, a payment form from Whop loads on this page. Whop processes the data needed for the purchase (for example your name, email address, payment details and country) as an independent controller, to take the payment and send your receipt (contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered through Whop. Details: Whop’s privacy policy.
5. Download links
After your purchase, our page asks Whop whether the payment is complete and then creates download links that expire. Only the payment ID is used for this; we don’t store customer data on this website.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (UK GDPR Articles 15 to 21). You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
